It applies to information submitted through our project inquiry and preliminary-estimate forms, as well as information processed when you visit the website, call us, request a text, leave a voicemail, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Your name, telephone number, and email address.

• Your selected contact methods and any communications consent you provide.
• Call and message details, such as the originating telephone number, provider call and message identifiers, delivery status, the option selected in our missed-call menu, consent timestamp and script version.
• Preliminary-estimate inputs, including ZIP code, approximate project size, finish level, planned investment, timeline, preferred callback window and the resulting planning range and requested callback details.
• Any voicemail you choose to record and related recording metadata.
• Information included in later emails, calls, or other communications with us.

If you allow optional cookies, we also collect limited first-touch attribution data, including campaign parameters, referring domain, landing-page path, first-visit time, and a page-visit count. This information is attached to your inquiry only if you later submit the form.

Our hosting, form-processing, and security providers may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested pages, referral information, and security logs.

How we use information

We use information collected through the website to:

Form processing and service providers

Project inquiries are first saved in Avi Davi Builders's protected website database so a failed email notification does not erase the request. FormSubmit is used only as an email-notification relay. FormSubmit states that it processes form information to operate its service and retains form submissions for 30 days. You can review its privacy policy.

We may also share information with providers that support website hosting, domain and email services, security, and other necessary business operations. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell or rent personal information submitted through this website.

Twilio processes call, text-message, consent, delivery and voicemail information for our missed-call recovery service. Mobile information, including opt-in and consent data, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers solely to deliver the communication you requested, maintain security, or comply with law.

Transactional estimate texts and callbacks

If an unanswered caller presses 1 in our recorded menu, Avi Davi sends one automated, transactional text containing a link to our public preliminary-estimate form. Message frequency is one requested link text per missed-call recovery request. Message and data rates may apply. The estimate form lets the user choose a window in which Avi Davi may call about that project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of further texts, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us using the details below. We record opt-out status so it can be honored.

Voicemail recordings

If you choose the voicemail option after the recording disclosure, the message is recorded so Avi Davi can understand and respond to your request. Twilio processes the audio and related metadata on our behalf. Do not include sensitive financial, medical, government-identification or payment-card information in a voicemail or estimate form.

Cookies and analytics

We use a necessary cookie named nbg_cookie_consent for up to 12 months to remember whether you allowed or declined optional cookies. If you allow them, an nbg_attribution cookie stores source, campaign, referring domain, landing-page path, campaign identifiers, and first-visit time for up to 90 days. An nbg_page_count cookie stores a page-visit count for up to 90 days.

These optional cookies do not give us a visitor's name, email address, or telephone number. Attribution data becomes associated with you only if you submit a project inquiry. We do not currently install Meta Pixel or another third-party advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting, security, and form-processing providers may use technical identifiers necessary to provide and protect their services. Cloudflare may set its strictly necessary __cf_bm security cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse.

Security and spam prevention

To protect the inquiry form from abuse, the website converts limited request data into a one-way daily security token used for short-term rate limiting. We do not store the visitor's raw IP address in the inquiry record, and the token is not used for advertising.

Retention

We retain inquiry and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or perform requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry and our relationship with you.

Previously issued private estimate links expire after seven days. The public /estimate page opens a new form and does not reveal another person's submission. We may retain call, consent, opt-out, estimate, notification and voicemail records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document communications preferences, protect the service and meet legal or business-record obligations.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form and can contact us directly instead. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

You can use the Privacy choices button on any page to allow or decline optional cookies. Declining removes the optional attribution and page-count cookies from this website.

You may decline the missed-call link text by choosing voicemail instead. You may revoke text permission using any reasonable method, including replying STOP, and may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of recovery information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking construction services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, service providers, or practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
